        I’ve been using Microdosing Capsules in combination with Polkadots on days where I’m at the desk creating. I mentioned this in my review of Polkadot – As a creator who turns over a high volume of work, I find I can run into burnout and in the past that lead me to excessive caffeine and sugar use to keep me going. These two products have reduced those cravings by making it easier to focus and push past creative hurdles. I started off with a low dose, 50mg, and now I find the right dosage for me is 300mgs. My wife likes 100 and has similar results. I definitely recommend starting low and increasing in small amounts. That’s why I started with the 50mg dose so I could slowly increase my dosage.
