I was a first timer, and on the first day I took 3 squares. I didn’t feel much except jittery and… weird? but not “high”. Anyway, the next day, I took three more squares, and another one, and another one, until I FINISHED the whole bar! I was so confused because I felt completely fine except for an unnerving feeling, and I could’t slept all. I waited all night, and at about 5am I decided to give up and go to sleep. That’s when BAM!! Everything hit me like a truck. I was so shocked at how it crept up at me! Has the most intense most spiritual time ever. Wow. And about 30 min later I noticed the lights on the clock started to form rays. Some other mild visual disturbances and I felt kind of buzzed – some what like being lightly tipsy. I just played with the cats (they got some catnip because it seemed only right) and we vibed out to 80s rock. The weirdest thing was that this experience just made me feel so unbelievably joyously happy. Even after the high wore off – I’m still genuinely happy, which is something I don’t remember feeling in a long time, and even then the happy I experienced was only for a few minutes at a time. This joy is intense and seems to be lasting, which is great – if a little wtf – I would never have thought mushrooms would improve my mental state in such an intense way. It is my first time trying shrooms and I ended up eating the whole bar. (It took a long time to kick in for me, >2hrs, so I ate more, classic rookie mistake. I’d say the whole bar was definitely not necessary for a first time). The chocolate is really delicious. I did not have very many visuals, but the overall effects were very intense. I bought a chocolate bar last summer and left it in my freezer for a year. This past weekend I ate half of it and was ZOOTED. Like, couldn’t really move or converse with anyone zooted. I was convinced I had peed my pants for like 2 hours. Not sure if it’s because the chocolate melted and refroze, maybe all the potency ended up in one half somehow… or I’m just a lightweight. This was my first time taking shrooms. I took 6 squares, I think this is PERFECT for beginners or if you are worried about the effects. Colors were a lot more vivid, mood better, and I was just so happy for the whole week after I took this. However, there was no visuals with 6 squares. So delicious, I had a hard time not eating the whole thing lol but I’m glad I didn’t! I had three and a half pieces on a fairly empty stomach and woah lemme tell ya, I started feeling the effects rather quickly. My eyes needed to adjust to just how vibrant everything looked! Colors popped out at me. I felt a clarity and focus, but I also felt cold. I felt very alert but felt tired once they started to wear off, but the lethargic effect quickly wore off and I was feeling comfortable like I was floating on clouds. Overall, a wonderful and life changing experience. I feel elated that I know longer feel like I’m carrying around a dark cloud, but I also feel like I need to make amends for all the hurt that I have caused others by the awful things that I have said to people.
